Hello, I’m DeneenTB (Deneen Troupe-Buitrago), your Christian Business Growth Strategist and Clarity Coach. I want to help you, the committed God-centered entrepreneur and business owner, make a bigger impact for God through your business.

How God brought me here?
For over a decade, I have worked with Christian women entrepreneurs and business owners in many capacities. I have facilitated workshops, hosted networking groups, organized masterminds, created courses, taught techniques and strategies for business & faith, and coached.
God showed me how all the pieces I had done in succession were now going to be used inside the Calling Clarity Course with its Mosaic Masterpiece Model™ to help Christian women entrepreneurs & business owners reach their God-given Calling.
I have built the business God called me to build. I want to help you go from being stuck in analysis paralysis, working inconsistently, and feeling like you are not making an impact to getting out of the roundabout of indecision, staying motivated, and making a deeper more meaningful impact on those God has called you to serve so you can truly serve Him through your business.
Bible and Business
My Bible background includes attending Christian college, completing Missionary training, receiving Precept Bible studies certification, and attending the Cross-Examined Instructor Academy for Apologetics.
My Business knowledge comes from my voracious appetite for learning. I’ve hired coaches for branding, mindset, business development, copywriting, Instagram strategies, YouTube, and more.
I’ve read 100s of books and articles, taken courses, attended conferences, and joined associations to hone my craft as a business growth strategist.
Total Dependence
I have an enormous love for God, but my TOTAL dependence on Him happened in 2002 with the diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.
God got my attention, brought me out of my restlessness with my Christian faith, and directed me toward those He has called me to serve, to you.
I count it a blessing and a privilege to pour into women’s hearts, lives, and businesses, women like you, so you can Grow your Faith so it Fuels your Business.
Statement of Faith
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He eternally exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. These three comprise the Trinity, are co-equal and are one God. God the Father is the First Person of the Trinity. The Father is an invisible spirit who is always all-knowing and present everywhere.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all by dying on the cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven’s glory where He sits at the right hand of the Father.
The Holy Spirit is a Divine Person. He is present in the world to make mankind aware of our need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with sanctification – power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right.
People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God’s creation. Because the first man Adam disobeyed the revealed will of God in the Garden of Eden, he passed down to mankind a sinful nature. All people are sinners by nature and by choice and are therefore spiritually dead, in need of salvation.
Salvation is by God’s grace – a free gift to us; but we must accept it in order to obtain eternal life – thus avoiding eternity in hell. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from sin’s penalty. When we repent, turn from our self-ruled, sin-filled life and turn to Jesus in faith we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one trusts Jesus Christ as Savior by faith.
Every believer has direct access to God through prayer and Bible reading. The Bible teaches that every Christian is called to full-time Christian service. We practice this truth through business, serving God through our businesses by staying On Mission to make disciples. The Holy Spirit endows each believer with spiritual gifts. We seek to emphasize using those gifts inside our community as a way to serve One Another.
We only promote and endorse Jesus Christ and the Bible in its entirety.

We believe we are On Mission to make disciples and who want to grow their own faith to deeper levels and live out God’s Calling on their lives.
We are Bible truth focused and are not responsible for the beliefs, statements, or actions of any members not holding to these truths.
Our motto in Calling Clarity is to Grow Your Faith and it Fuels Your Business.
Colossians 2:7 (NLT) reflects this by saying, Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.
The Calling Clarity Course and the DTB Team are centered on Christ and we offer personal, professional, and spiritual development. We are on a journey to support, teach, lift-up, encourage, serve, motivate, and love one another until Jesus returns.
