To reset your Calling Clarity Community password, follow these instructions.
First, look for an email from the Calling Clarity Community. The email may have gone to your promotions or spam folder.
Second, you will find your username and a link to reset your password upon opening the email. Write down your username and click on the link to reset your password.
Third, you will be taken to the new Calling Clarity Community website and asked to set a new password. The system will pre-fill in a very strong password. You can use this password or type in your own password. You could also click on Generate password to generate a new password that will look similar to this suggested password. However, it is not recommended because it will continue to give you these mixed-case strong passwords.
Fourth, to keep the suggested password, copy and paste the password into the second box that says “Retype new password.” Also, consider pasting the password in another document or writing it down for easy retrieval.
Fifth, if you don’t want to use the suggested password, you may type in another password of your choice. As you will see below, I used a long-character password consisting of upper and lowercase and special characters, which is recommended. Click on SAVE.
Sixth, you will see that your password has been saved, and you can now click on the link to access the community website.
From here, you will be prompted to sign in with your username and new password.
