Hi, I’m Deneen Troupe-Buitrago (most people know me as DeneenTB).
For more than two decades, I’ve been teaching God’s Word, equipping Christian women, and helping leaders grow in both faith and purpose. Along the way, I kept noticing the same struggle.
Women genuinely loved God, yet many quietly believed they were failing spiritually because they couldn’t keep up with someone else’s quiet time, Bible plan, or spiritual routine.
I didn’t believe the problem was their desire for God.
I believed we were asking the wrong question.
Instead of asking, “How can I become more like her?” I began asking, “How did God uniquely design this woman to know Him, grow in her faith, and live out her calling?”
That question changed everything.
It led me to create the Faith Design Profile™—a personalized experience that combines biblical truth, the HSMS Model™ (Heart, Soul, Mind, Strength), personality insights, and years of coaching and teaching to help women discover how God uniquely designed them to connect with Him.

✝️ Where Faith and Work Come Together
My journey has always been shaped by two passions: helping people grow in their faith and helping them live out that faith in the real world.
I’ve spent years studying Scripture through Christian education, missionary training, Precept Bible Studies, and apologetics. At the same time, I’ve invested deeply in business strategy, branding, leadership, and personal development so I could better serve Christian women in business and the workplace.
Those two worlds aren’t separate to me—they’re inseparable.

🛐 My Turning Point: When God Changed Everything
In 2002, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
Like many women, I had spent years measuring faith by what I could accomplish. But that diagnosis brought my striving to a halt and forced me to depend on God in an entirely new way.
In the middle of my weakness, God began teaching me that spiritual growth isn’t about doing more for Him—it’s about walking more closely with Him.
That season reshaped my faith, my leadership, and ultimately my calling.
I began to see that God never asks us to become someone else. He invites us to become more fully the person He created us to be.
That realization became the foundation for everything I teach today.
It’s why I created the Faith Design Profile™—to help women discover the unique way God designed them to know Him, grow in Him, and live out their calling with confidence instead of comparison.
